Great quality, fresh vegetables and friendly staff

I love the food, but twice now they have run out of sauce for my food and tried to sneak one past me by handing me my bag with dry chicken.

Love it food is hot and good and service is top notch.

I don’t understand why anyone would actively choose experience Chinese food here.. When it was in the mall, fine. I get it, shovel some ‘mall food’ tasting cheap orange chicken and rice in your mouth and move on to what you were actually there for. To go out of your way for this food experience is beyond my comprehension. Service/cleanliness/speed? Fantastic. They are very nice. Portions are good. The prices are fine. Actual taste of the food? You’re out of your mind if you think this is good Chinese food. The crab Rangoon is laughably small and tastes as processed and cheap as possible. Maybe you’re nostalgic about those quick/terrible Chinese’s lunches on break at the mall in the early 2000’s? Only thing I can think of.

Orange chicken not cooked well done and food wasnt amazing.

Undoubtably the best fast food Chinese restaurant on the market. With high quality service and delicious food it is hard to beat this type of value in a fast food restaurant. This location is incredible and their restaurant is flawlessly clean every single time. Enjoy!

Robby the manager here is wonderful!!! It was a very stressful time so many rude customers and he stayed with a smile on his face and managed very well. He deserves a raise!!!

Every time I come here. Food is never ready by 11:10..

So much for express!!! Stopped in to grab dinner last night about 8pm and was in line with 5 other inside the lobby. We were told three times that someone would be right with us. We watched three employees serve 6 vehicles in the drive through without the inside line moving. There was also one employee cleaning. I am of the opinion that the cleaning can be done when there isn’t a line in your lobby. This is when I decided to leave to go to a different restaurant. Won’t come back to this location after that.

Tonight my daughter and I went through the drive-through and ordered some food however when we got home we realized we were given the wrong bag. When I called the store the Manager Robert immediately said that he would drive the correct order to our house even though they don’t deliver! Stellar customer service!!

Food is OK, it always sounds much more tasty than it actually is. It's a roll of the dice depending if you are getting fresh food or food that has been sitting in a warmer for hours. The fresh stuff is great, the warmed-for-hours food is soggy, flavorless and not very appetizing.

It was a cold day, they had hot food. Worked out well in the end.

Been here several times since recent opening. Service is fast, food is always hot and tasty. Best lo mein in town for me any ways.

Panda Express is always one of my favorites. Food tastes great and delicious. If you need grab quick food, then this is best place.

I hate hard rice. Usually not cooked all the way from this location.

Food was REALLY GOOD! Portions were HUGE. place was clean and staff was great. Two adults and two kids ate 2 "bigger plate" entrees and had food left over. Family of 4 for $20.

Awesome and fast Chinese food. I recommend the orange chicken and beef and broccoli. All at a reasonable price. Also they give free samples of anything you wanna try. I haven't had anything I dont like yet. Also, makes a good to-go meal

Orange Chicken and teriyaki was good. But fried rice is not cooked and it was still like raw rice. Food went straight to trash and felt bad for wasting the food though. Won't be returning to this location.

Owner can’t ever make up his mind on who needs to do what. Waited way too long with other people with him just barking instead of doing anything.

Horrible food, horrible wait times. Will not go back again unless it is to see the woman I saw at the window. The customer service was admirable it doesn't make up for the horatius food. I feel like McDonald's would have done better making Chinese food. I've run across Panda Express all across the country in this by far it was very disappointing and would top the list of one of the worst places I've gone to get food. How can you mess up orange chicken? They found a way to do it while the food was thoroughly cook and not overcooked, it did not taste right and I immediately threw my food away after the first bite. I was so disappointed I didn't even ask for a refund or replacement

I absolutely love this place. The staff is always friendly and the food is phenomenal especially the Teriyaki Chicken and just tried a sample of the black pepper chicken and think thats gonna be my 2nd favorite

We went their for the first time. Service was great, clean as a pin. Never ever had fast food this good. Price was very reasonable. We will be back, and soon.

the drive thru staff was unable to communicate the very simple same order i get every single time at any other location twice a week

Best way to describe Panda is basically asking a crack head to describe crack. It's amazing and I cant stop eating it.

Says it opens at 10:30 , it is now 10:35 and employees and just now pulling up for their shift. People have things to do and if a business says it opens at 10:30, that’s what people are counting on. Other than that, great food and service !

We had an amazing drive-thru experience with Hannah L. She was kind, helpful and handled our food with care and cleanliness. We appreciate associates like her!! Food was delicious as always.

Got here at 10:32 AM on a Sunday; doors were locked. Even though there were people inside (non employees) , they didn’t open the doors until later. People inside had donuts and other non Panda stuff which leads me to believe they weren’t employees but friends because they left shortly after we let in. Order our food and still have to wait for it. I would think knowingly that business hour start at 10:30am they would have food made ready to go. Got our food close to 11AM 😳.

I've always had amazing service but today was exceptional! My food was hot, cooked well, and the two workers that I interacted with (Lauren and John) were both very pleasant! The people up front always have a chance to create a warm environment for the customers and these two did!

Horrible staffing at the Lake St Louis location. Incompetent!!

I expressed that last visit my beef with broccoli was actually broccoli with a piece of beef lol. They made sure to portion it out properly this time. Good service

Panda Express used to be much better. This location is really nice and the service is good. The food just isn't.

This location has no clue how to make food. The white rice was dry and the chicken was incredibly overseasoned, dry, and missing pineapple! Who does that. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
